Luke: a journey to the cross

The way Luke sets up his gospel is as a journey. Not just Jesus’ journey, but a journey for us to follow. As we follow Jesus on his way to the cross - as he walks, and talks and works miracles - our lives too are transformed. We grow in our understanding of who Jesus is, and our identity in Him. We learn to surrender, and we begin to see the kingdom of God at work.
