To make sure that everyone can participate in the service by providing visual support.

Why?Most non-native English speakers do not know the lyrics by heart. Visuals facilitate participation for all. By notices and preaching visuals help understanding and recall.

Atmosphere: By ensuring that all the visuals are ready for the service, when people arrive for church, it is a calm and conducive environment for community and worship.
